- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current and valid SLP - CCC certification
- Active state licensure or eligibility to obtain

- Solid understanding of IEP processes and documentation
- Outstanding communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
- Adaptable, patient, and dedicated to progress in a school setting
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver onsite speech-language therapy to students in accordance with IEP requirements
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
- Regularly collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support individual student goals
- Develop and update treatment plans, progress reports, and necessary documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings, team conferences, and staff development as needed
