Your Qualifications:
- Licensed/eligible for SLP in Washington State (WA SLP)
- Graduate degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY welcomed
- Experience in pediatric therapy, healthcare, and/or school-based services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with communication needs
- Deliver direct therapy services in accordance with each student’s IEP
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation and progress reports
- Consult and collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals
- Stay current with best practices in speech-language pathology
- Participate in eligibility, annual, and parent meetings as needed
