Speech Pathology Assistant | Camarillo, California
Support the communication development of students as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) in a dynamic educational setting serving K-6 graders with mild to moderate speech and language challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist certified Speech-Language Pathologists in delivering therapy to elementary students
- Work under supervision to implement individualized treatment plans focused on speech and language improvement
- Support students with mild to moderate speech and language impairments
- Document and track student progress accurately
- Collaborate with educators and therapists to coordinate care
Qualifications:
- Experience as an SLPA with at least one full school year in a similar role preferred
- Fluency in Spanish is required to effectively serve the student population
- Ability to manage a caseload averaging 55 students
- Knowledge of therapy techniques and educational standards for K-6 grade levels
Schedule:
- Approximately 35 hours per week
