Hours/Schedule:
- 8:30 am – 4:30 pm
- Day shifts with rotating weekends and holidays
Qualifications:
- MS, MEd, or MA in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active State License (NY and MD requirements)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- For Pennsylvania: PA Act 31, PA Act 33, PA Act 34, PA Act 73 compliance required
- Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality Speech-Language Pathology services in a hospital environment
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
- Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and fellow therapists to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation
- Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings and patient care planning
