Speech & Language Pathology - The Villages, Florida

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and provide treatment for speech, language, and swallowing impairments in an acute care hospital.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive patient care plans.
- Maintain thorough documentation and comply with hospital policies.
- Deliver evidence-based therapy tailored to patient needs during a 10-day shift schedule.
- Participate in orientation and credentialing processes prior to starting.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of acute care experience as a Speech/Language Pathologist.
- Valid Florida SLP license.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- Strong clinical and communication skills.
- Ability to commit to a 13-week contract with a 40-hour work week.
- Credentialing must be completed by the Wednesday preceding your start date.
Schedule:
- 10 consecutive day shifts
- No on-call duties
