As a Speech Language Pathologist specializing in critical illness and rehabilitation, you will encounter a range of patient needs, deepening your clinical expertise with diverse therapy interventions and interdisciplinary approaches. Schedule:

Qualifications:
- Current SLP licensure in Indiana (or eligibility for reciprocal licensing)
- Minimum of one year of relevant SLP experience in a hospital or acute rehabilitation setting preferred
- Knowledge of critical illness-related communication and swallowing disorders
- Strong documentation and time management skills
- Commitment to safety standards and ethical practice
Key Duties:
- Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to address discharge barriers and facilitate patient/family training
- Manage caseload flexibly, adapting to coverage needs and treatment settings
