Speech Therapy - El Cajon, California

Schedule / Hours
- Sunday through Thursday shifts requested, with 36 hours guaranteed weekly
- Option for 2 Sundays per month with Monday through Friday schedule otherwise
- Part-time contracts (20-30 hours/week) considered, requiring at least 2 Sundays per month
Key Responsibilities
- Provide intensive, customized speech-language therapy to patients recovering from severe injury or illness
- Participate in rehabilitation programs aimed at maximizing function, health, and quality of life
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust therapeutic interventions as needed to promote optimal recovery
Qualifications / Desired Experience
- Valid SLP license and credentials
- Experience in acute inpatient rehabilitation or similar hospital settings preferred
- Strong clinical skills and ability to manage complex neurological and physical rehabilitation cases
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
