- Develop and deliver in-service presentations and educational resources for hospital staff.
- Collaborate effectively with healthcare providers to ensure patient-centered care.
- Maintain cleanliness of treatment areas following sessions.
- Perform patient reminder calls and assist patients and families in navigating the hospital environment.
- Fulfill additional duties as assigned.
