Pediatric Speech Therapy - Los Banos, California
Provide specialized speech-language therapy services to pediatric clients in a K-8 school setting, delivering interventions that support communication, language development, and overall academic success. This full-time, onsite role requires an experienced and licensed California Speech-Language Pathologist ready to start immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations for students in grades K-8
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on assessment results
- Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and student progress
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary approaches for student success
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid California Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license
- Completion of the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience working as an SLP in hospital, healthcare, school, and pediatric settings
- Familiarity with school-based therapy service delivery models
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and staff
Schedule and Location:
- Full-Time, 40 hours per week
- Onsite position, not open to teletherapy
