Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and provide routine speech/language therapy visits, averaging 4-5 sessions per day
- Deliver client-centered care in home settings within the assigned coverage area
- Maintain compliance with internal call-off policies to ensure consistent patient coverage
- Document patient progress and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active Speech/Language Pathologist license in Florida (SLP-FLSSN) required
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in home health or hospital-based therapy preferred
- Valid date of birth verification and minimum of one professional reference from your work history
- Ability to travel approximately 150-175 miles per week across Orange and Seminole counties
Schedule and Contract Details:
- Contract duration: 13 weeks, starting ASAP
- Full-time, guaranteed 40 hours per week
- Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with no on-call responsibilities
