Speech & Language Pathology - Florence, MA
A Speech-Language Pathologist role is available to provide specialized speech therapy services in a home health care setting. This contract position involves delivering direct patient care, working closely with interdisciplinary team members, and contributing to the development of comprehensive care plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and treat speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders in patients.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in care plan reviews.
- Adhere to agency policies and regulatory requirements.
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Valid certification and licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Experience in hospital-based or home health therapy preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently within a home health environment.
- Willingness to participate in training and orientation.
