Professionally, this role offers exposure to a dynamic therapy clinic environment, serving a diverse patient population including general orthopedics, post-stroke/CVA, neurological disorders, multi-trauma, and fractures. With a supportive department featuring experienced therapists, office staff, and rehab aides, you'll collaborate within a team that values high-quality care and continual learning. The clinic utilizes industry-leading EPIC EMR and encourages exposure to a range of clinical cases, further diversifying your experience and enhancing your resume.
Schedule/Hours:
- Outpatient clinic, averaging 10-15 patients per day
- 30-minute scheduled intervals with complex evaluations set for 1 hour
- 5-day orientation period for clinic and department exposure
Qualifications:
- Active Georgia SLP license
- BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year of relevant Speech Language Pathology experience
- Prior travel therapy experience required
- Strongly prefer outpatient rehab background
- Not open to first-time travelers
Responsibilities:
- Provide therapeutic evaluations and interventions for a diverse caseload
- Document care using EPIC EMR
- Collaborate with fellow therapists and support staff
- Participate in ongoing departmental training and best practices
