Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Near Chicago, IL
Soliant is currently looking for a dedicated School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and provide therapy services to students in a school setting near Manhattan, IL. This is a full-time contract role. We take pride in fostering a supportive environment for both professionals and providers, which has gained us the trust and appreciation of our students nationwide.
**Position Details:**
- **Location:** Near Manhattan, IL
- **School Year:** 2024-2025
- **Caseload:** To be discussed during the interview
- **Hours:** Full-time
- **Responsibilities include:** Leading IEP meetings and delivering direct therapy services
**Qualifications:**
- Hold a current state license or be eligible for one as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certification
- Possess a Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or a related field
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) is preferred
**Duties:**
- Diagnose and manage a range of speech, language, and swallowing issues in students.
- Create customized treatment plans based on individual assessments and student objectives.
- Work with families and caregivers, offering guidance and techniques to support and promote communication abilities.
