Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Full Time

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for the remainder of the school year. The SLP will be responsible for providing comprehensive speech and language services to a caseload ranging from PreK to 5th grade. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to make a significant impact on the academic and social success of our students.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs and IEP goals.
- Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and other required paperwork.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
- Active state license in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
