Position Overview: As a School SLP with us, you'll:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities.
- Develop individualized therapy plans to address communication disorders and challenges.
- Provide engaging therapy sessions targeting articulation, language, fluency, and pragmatic skills.
- Collaborate with teachers to integrate therapy goals into classroom activities.
- Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
- Communicate with parents to ensure continuity of care and support.
Qualifications: To excel in this role, you'll need:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and state licensure.
- Experience working with school-aged children in an educational setting.
- Knowledge of evidence-based interventions and therapy techniques.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
