Job Opportunity: Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist (Contract)

Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
- Valid license or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist in Virginia, in accordance with local and state regulations.
- Minimum of one year of recent experience working as a Speech Language Pathologist, with a strong preference for experience with special education students and families.
Job Duties:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' speech, language, and communication skills.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' speech and language disorders, incorporating evidence-based practices.
- Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language disorders, both individually and in group settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to support students' academic and functional goals.
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Stay updated on current research and best practices in the field of speech-language pathology.
