Description: We are seeking a motivated Speech Language Pathologist to join our Extended School Year (ESY) program in Boyertown, PA. This seasonal position is an excellent opportunity for SLPs looking to make a significant impact during the summer months. You will work closely with students who require continued speech and language support outside the traditional school year, helping them maintain and improve their communication skills over the summer.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to ensure students retain skills learned during the regular school year.
- Collaborate with educational staff and families to provide tailored support for each student.
- Document and track student progress throughout the program.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or similar field.
- Active Pennsylvania SLP licensure.
- Experience in educational settings, particularly with ESY or summer programs, is advantageous.
