About the Role: As a Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality speech therapy services to our diverse clientele. You'll have the opportunity to work with a supportive team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals with communication and swallowing disorders.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid Washington state SLP license
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience working with pediatric and/or adult populations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Conducting assessments and evaluations to determine clients' speech and language needs
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Providing therapy services in various settings (e.g., schools, clinics, homes)
- Collaborating with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation
