We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow to join our dynamic team in Imperial Beach, California. The successful candidate will work under the supervision of our licensed Speech Language Pathologists and gain hands-on clinical experience in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment to patients with communication and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care to patients
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes
- Participate in professional development activities and continuing education opportunities
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards set by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Eligible for California state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
