Job Posting: Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Greenwood Village, CO
Blazer Jobs is actively seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time contract position in the Greenwood Village area. Join our team and contribute to improving the communication skills and quality of life for students in a school-based setting. Candidates must meet all requirements set by local and state regulations, including holding a master's degree in SLP or Communication Disorders and possessing ASHA CCC's. Experience with special education students and families is highly preferred.
Job Duties:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to diagnose and determine the extent of speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and interventions to address students' speech and language needs, including articulation, fluency, voice, and pragmatic skills.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to provide support and education on speech and language strategies and interventions.
- Monitor and document students' progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and communicate progress reports to stakeholders.
- Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to goal-setting, and provide input on appropriate accommodations and modifications for students with speech and language disorders.
