Job Title: School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Soliant Health is seeking a qualified School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to work near Fort Collins, CO for the 2023-2024 school year. The SLP will provide evaluations, therapy, and support for students with speech, language, and communication disorders.
Located in northern Colorado, Fort Collins is a thriving college town known for its vibrant arts and culture scene, beautiful parks and trails, and top-rated schools. With its small-town feel and big-city amenities, Fort Collins is the perfect place to live and work.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting evaluations and assessments to identify communication disorders
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Providing direct therapy services to students
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support student success
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active Colorado state SLP license
- Previous school-based experience preferred
- Experience working with students with a variety of communication disorders and abilities
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
