School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CFY)
Location: Lawrence, MA
Position Type: Summer and 24/25 School Year
Caseload: K-12
Hourly Pay: $42+
Are you a motivated and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist in the Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) seeking valuable experience in a school setting? ProCare Therapy is currently hiring for Summer and 24/25 School Year positions in Lawrence, MA, with flexible K-12 caseloads available. Hourly pay starts at $42+.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language disorders in students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' communication goals
- Provide direct therapy services to students in individual or group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and social success
- Receive supervision and guidance from experienced SLPs to fulfill CFY requirements
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and eligibility for ASHA certification
- Massachusetts state licensure or eligibility for licensure
- Previous experience working with K-12 students preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
