Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Speech or Communication Disorders (required)
- Active Virginia SLP license (essential)
- Understanding of school-based speech therapy best practices

- Effective communicator, both with students and colleagues
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist licensed Speech-Language Pathologists in delivering targeted therapy services to students
- Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Use a variety of tools and techniques to facilitate progress in articulation, language, and social communication
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation of student progress and session notes
- Help foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
