Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Speech or Communication Disorders is required
- Valid Virginia SLP license (SLPA license not required in VA)
- Prior experience supporting school-aged children with speech-language needs preferred

- Ability to communicate clearly and work as part of a collaborative educational team
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide direct speech and language intervention services to students as outlined in IEPs under the supervision of a licensed SLP
- Collaborate with teachers and educational teams to support student success across classrooms
- Assist with assessment data collection and documentation of student progress
- Prepare materials and follow instructional plans to facilitate engaging therapy sessions
- Support students’ speech and language development in both individual and group settings
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with state and district guidelines
