Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for a full-time, school-based position in Wilmington, NC. This opportunity offers an immediate start and the chance to work directly with elementary students while supporting a virtual Speech-Language Pathologist in delivering high-quality speech and language services.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide speech and language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP
- Implement treatment plans and IEP goals developed by the supervising SLP
- Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and communication needs
- Collect therapy data and maintain accurate documentation of student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support student outcomes
- Assist with classroom carryover activities and communication strategies
- Participate in student progress reviews and team meetings as required
Qualifications
- Active North Carolina SLPA License (Required)
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree meeting state SLPA requirements
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Knowledge of IEP implementation and speech therapy practices
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
