Qualifications and Experience
• Completion of an accredited SLPA program and active licensure
• Experience working with children in an educational or clinical setting preferred
• Familiarity with service delivery and supporting speech-language evaluations

• Ability to manage a full caseload and adapt to changing school environments
• Commitment to fostering positive relationships with students, staff, and families
Key Responsibilities
• Provide direct speech and language services to students under the supervision of a licensed SLP
• Assist in the implementation of individualized education program (IEP) goals
• Support SLPs in conducting formal and informal student evaluations
• Collaborate with classroom teachers and special education staff
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and service delivery
• Communicate regularly and compassionately with families and school staff
• Travel among five schools, managing varied schedules and environments
