Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Speech Language Pathology is required
- Valid SLPA licensure in accordance with state regulations
- Prior experience working with children or within school settings is a plus
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Energetic, compassionate, and eager to collaborate with educators and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy under the supervision of a licensed Speech Language Pathologist
- Support students in small-group and one-on-one settings
- Assist with implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Maintain accurate notes on student progress and help modify strategies as needed
- Communicate positively with parents, teachers, and colleagues to promote student growth
