URGENTLY HIRING End of School Year Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) – School-Based Position in Ventura CA
Employment Type: Contract (with potential for renewal)
37.5 hours a week all located at one school site
What You’ll Do
- Provide speech and language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP
- Implement treatment plans aligned with student IEP goals
- Assist with documentation, data collection, and progress monitoring
- Support a positive, student-centered learning environment
What We’re Looking For
- Active or eligible SLPA license
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- School-based experience preferred (but not required)
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting at $30–$40+/hour (competitive, based on experience)
