What You'll Bring:
- Active SLPA license in Pennsylvania
- Experience or training working in school-based or pediatric environments
- Ability to collaborate effectively with supervising SLPs, staff, and families
- Strong documentation and organizational skills for managing multiple students
- Proficiency with hybrid or telepractice models is beneficial
- Enthusiastic and adaptable approach for ages and needs ranging from elementary to high school
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with a Tele SLP to provide direct therapy to a caseload of approximately 41 students (number subject to change)
- Deliver 55 thirty-minute treatment sessions each week (16 individual, 37 group)
- Work across elementary, middle, and high school settings
- Implement individualized speech and language intervention plans
- Maintain detailed session notes and track student progress
- Communicate regularly with educational teams and families to support student outcomes
This assignment offers a schedule of 35 hours per week. You'll have the chance to build your school-based expertise while impacting young lives in a collaborative, supportive environment.
