With a caseload of approximately 41 students (subject to minor changes), you will manage both individual and group treatment sessions, fostering students' growth and development.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid SLPA license or certificate in Pennsylvania
- Prior experience or strong interest in working in school environments
- Capability to collaborate effectively with on-site and remote team members
- Excellent organization skills to manage a rotating, mixed-age caseload
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and caseload numbers
- Comfortable working across multiple school buildings within the district
Responsibilities:
- Partner with a remote Speech-Language Pathologist to provide direct support to students
- Deliver a total of 55 treatment sessions each week, including 16 individual and 37 group sessions
- Collaborate with teaching staff, administrators, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records of student goals, progress reports, and session notes
- Contribute to IEP meetings and support the implementation of therapy plans
- Communicate regularly with the Tele SLP for guidance and case review
