- Ability to adapt therapy techniques for various age groups and learning needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement speech and language services as outlined by supervising Speech-Language Pathologists
- Conduct small group and individual therapy sessions under supervision
- Assist in documenting progress, maintaining accurate records, and updating intervention plans
- Work with classroom teachers and staff to support students’ communication goals in educational settings
- Provide culturally responsive services, ensuring communication supports meet every student’s needs
- Participate in team meetings, professional development, and family conferences as needed
