Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) - Peoria, AZ

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with licensed Speech-Language Pathologists and educational teams to help students achieve their communication goals. You will work a consistent schedule of 37.5 to 40 hours across five days each week, allowing you to form strong connections with students and staff alike.
Desired Qualifications:
- Active Arizona SLPA license
- IVP fingerprint clearance card (required for school settings)
- Previous experience as an SLPA in educational or healthcare settings is a plus
- Comfortable working with children from PreK through middle school
- Effective communication and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Work under the supervision of a Speech-Language Pathologist to implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct speech and language services to students
- Assist with documentation of student progress and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student success
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to IEP processes as appropriate
