Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy to students under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
- Implement treatment plans and deliver interventions utilizing evidence-based methods
- Support screening and progress monitoring activities
- Observe, record, and report on student progress
- Assist with preparing therapy materials and maintaining organized records
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting as directed
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families for integrated support of each student
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all school and legal guidelines
