Key Qualifications:
- Active SLPA license or eligibility in the state of Kansas
- Prior experience in K–12 settings preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively under the direction of an SLP
- Comfort with traveling between multiple school campuses each week
- Dedication to supporting students in diverse and inclusive environments
Responsibilities:
- Deliver communication therapy services to K–12 students under SLP supervision
- Implement treatment plans and adjust sessions as advised by supervising SLPs
- Collect, document, and report data tracking student progress
- Communicate regularly with SLPs and other staff to ensure consistency of services
- Schedule and manage your weekly site visits for up to three schools, maintaining flexibility to balance needs across the district
