Key Qualifications:
- Valid SLPA license/certification.

Core Responsibilities:
- Assist Speech-Language Pathologists in delivering therapeutic interventions, both one-on-one and in small group settings.
- Support implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) under SLP supervision.
- Prepare therapy materials and maintain accurate documentation of student progress and session notes.
- Model and reinforce communication strategies and exercises as outlined by the supervising SLP.
- Participate in team meetings and communicate progress to staff and families, when appropriate.
