Ideal candidates will possess:
- An active SLPA licensure in New Hampshire
- Previous experience working in a school-based setting, ideally across various student age groups
- Comfort and flexibility in delivering services to both elementary and preschool populations
- Familiarity with ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) methods or willingness to learn
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to partner effectively with educators and families
- Ability to clear district fingerprinting requirements prior to onboarding
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing direct speech-language support to students in 2nd–5th grades, and as needed, preschoolers
- Collaborating with team members in the ABA self-contained program for individualized student support
- Implementing speech and language interventions based on student IEPs and team guidance
- Maintaining accurate records and case notes as required by school district policies
- Attending virtual interviews as part of the hiring process
