Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) in Rochester, WA

Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Washington SLPA License required
- Previous experience working with elementary-aged students preferred
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a diverse caseload
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with educators and families
- Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language services under the supervision of a licensed SLP
- Support IEP goals and help track student progress through data collection and documentation
- Prepare and adapt therapy materials for K-6 students with diverse needs
- Collaborate with teachers, SLPs, and staff to maximize student success
- Maintain accurate records and provide ongoing updates to supervising clinicians
