Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) in Dinuba, CA

Desired Qualifications:
- Valid SLPA license or certification
- Experience in a school setting is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with IEPs and student progress documentation
- Excellent communication skills with students, staff, and families
- Ability to build rapport and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary educational team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility and positivity when adapting to student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement therapy activities developed by the supervising speech-language pathologist
- Support students individually or in small groups to achieve speech and language goals
- Prepare therapy materials and maintain organized records
- Help monitor progress and make notes for ongoing evaluations
- Assist with screenings as directed
- Contribute to a supportive, inclusive atmosphere for students of diverse backgrounds and abilities
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all school and ethical guidelines
