Duties & Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
- Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with communication disorders
- Maintain precise documentation and progress notes in compliance with district standards
- Support students with various speech and language needs in both individual and group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and caregivers to maximize student outcomes
- Adapt to different school environments as building assignments are finalized
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Indiana Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license or credentials
- Experience working with school-aged children (PreK–12) is highly valued
- Ability to manage caseload documentation and meet compliance standards
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt to evolving assignments within the district
- Demonstrated teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
- Successful completion of a background check and district clearance requirements
