Work Schedule:
- Full-time contract position
- Monday through Friday, 7:45 AM to 3:45 PM with a 30-minute lunch break
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language support to approximately 50 elementary students, primarily with mild to moderate articulation and language needs
- Deliver services mainly through pull-out and push-in models within general education classrooms
- Collaborate with educators and specialists to develop and implement individualized intervention plans
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
Qualifications:
- Active licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) is required
- Experience working with elementary-aged students (PK-5) is preferred
- Strong understanding of speech and language development and disorders
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
