The role requires dedication to providing on-site services and supporting a caseload of middle school students, ensuring effective communication development and progress.

Employment Details:
- Contract position for the current school year (CSY)
- 37.5 hours per week
- Onsite work environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist licensed speech-language pathologists in implementing individualized speech and language plans
- Work directly with middle school students to support speech and language development
- Document student progress and assist in maintaining accurate records
- Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to integrate therapy goals into the classroom setting
- Support evaluations and therapy sessions as directed
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid certification as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
- Experience working in a school setting, preferably with middle school students
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage a caseload efficiently while maintaining quality of care
- Commitment to onsite work and collaboration within a school team
