Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) in Orange Park, FL

What you’ll bring to the role:
- Active Florida Department of Health SLPA licensure
- At least 2 years of experience as an SLPA, with a minimum of 6 months providing services in a school-based setting
- Ability to support a traditional speech caseload for elementary or secondary students, as assigned
- Up-to-date fingerprint clearance; candidates with previous prints in FL may verify validity through the AHCA Clearinghouse or complete reprinting as needed
- Commitment to credentialing requirements, including timely completion of forms and acquisition of a JLA badge
Your main responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language services to students per individualized educational plans
- Collaborate with supervising SLPs, teachers, and school staff to optimize student outcomes
- Contribute to documentation and progress monitoring
- Attend team meetings and implement interventions as directed
