Bilingual Therapies is seeking a compassionate and motivated Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) for a school-based contract position in Ontario Montclair School District in California. Responsibilities

  • Assist the supervising SLP in delivering speech and language therapy services
  • Work with students on communication goals outlined in IEPs
  • Implement therapy activities and reinforce skills introduced by the SLP
  • Track student progress and maintain accurate documentation
  • Support carryover of communication strategies in the classroom
  • Collaborate with educators and support staff to promote student success


Qualifications

  • Degree in Communication Sciences, Speech-Language Pathology, or related field (Required)
  • Passion for working with students and supporting communication development
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively under the supervision of a licensed SLP
  • School-based or pediatric experience preferred
  • Fingerprinting required

Compensation for this position ranges from $28.68 to $48.68. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
