Qualifications:
- Active SLPA license in good standing
- Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working across multiple sites as needed
- Ability to collaborate effectively with supervising SLPs, educators, and families
- Positive, flexible attitude and passion for student learning
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist supervising Speech-Language Pathologists with therapy sessions
- Deliver targeted interventions according to students' IEPs and treatment plans
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records
- Support generalization of communication skills in both individual and group settings
- Participate in team meetings and professional development as needed
- Foster an encouraging, inclusive environment for all students
