Qualifications:
- Active TX SLPA License required
- Must be bilingual in Spanish
- Experience with school-based caseloads preferred
- Comfortable managing caseloads of up to 55 students in K-12
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Work under the supervision of licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to implement treatment plans
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language services to students, targeting individualized education goals
- Maintain accurate records and detailed documentation for each student on your caseload
- Participate in team meetings, share observations, and adapt interventions as needed
- Communicate effectively with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary staff to promote student progress
