Qualifications:
- Active SLPA Massachusetts licensure required
- Previous experience in a school-based setting, especially with middle school-aged students, is highly desired
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Comfort with collaboration alongside educators, speech-language pathologists, and parents
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
- Support and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for middle school students
- Document student progress, maintain records, and provide input for progress reports
- Adapt activities and strategies for diverse communication needs within the classroom setting
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a collaborative school culture
This contract position is scheduled to run through June 21, 2027, providing stability and the opportunity to make lasting connections.
