Key Qualifications:
- Active Florida SLP or SLPA license
- Previous experience in a school setting is preferred
- Comfortable commuting to and working within multiple school locations across the county
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities and adaptability to dynamic environments
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy to K–12 students, delivering sessions in both individual and group settings
- Conduct evaluations, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and track student progress in alignment with school policies
- Collaborate with general and special education staff, families, and administrators to facilitate the best outcomes for students
- Maintain accurate records and required documentation for compliance purposes
- Travel regularly to assigned school sites, managing a diverse caseload with professionalism and empathy
