Position Summary
As an SLPA, you’ll work closely with a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver therapy services, assist with implementing IEP goals, document student progress, and support communication interventions in classroom and small-group settings. You’ll collaborate with educators, families, and staff to ensure students receive the speech and language support they need to thrive academically and socially.
Qualifications:

Active Alabama SLPA License or SLPA Certification (required)

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field

Prior experience in a school setting preferred

Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
