School-Based Speech Language Pathologist Assistant - Lind, WA

Qualifications:
- Current Washington SLPA license required
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students under supervision of a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Assist in the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Prepare materials and document student progress
- Collaborate with educators and families to support student goals
- Maintain accurate records and comply with school/district policies
Position Details:
- Part-time schedule, working 2-3 days per week
- Immediate start and continuation through the end of the school year
- Contract role located near Lind, WA
