What We’re Seeking:
- Valid SLPA licensure, with eligibility to work in a school setting
- Previous experience supporting students from preschool through high school is highly valued
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with students, educators, and families
- Ability to complete assessments, contribute to IEP meetings, and document services in compliance with school requirements
- Enthusiasm for both direct therapy and consultative services
- Dedicated, organized, and flexible approach to managing caseload and schedules
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language services to PreK-12 students
- Conduct and document speech-language assessments as assigned
- Assist with the development, implementation, and monitoring of IEPs
- Collaborate with supervising SLPs, teachers, and special education staff
- Provide feedback to families and staff to support student progress
- Participate actively in school meetings and professional development as needed
